Clunky and incomplete

Workflows arent as powerful as they seem. Clunky to execute. Should be able to define multiple app extensions, not choose from a list. Poorly designed. The drag and drop interface is miserable to use. Documentation is awful. Slow to update, issues arent fixed, documentation has not been written in years. No way to edit workflows except in the clunky app.
No updates in ages. Customer support consists of "oh sorry yeah we know our documentation is nil"
For the price of the app, totally incomplete and shoddy.
